This guide will be like my CoX beginner guide. I will type out what to do in the room, followed by a video of me doing it. (no flame pls, ive never done toa on osrs just started doing toa when it came out on alora!!!!)

Do yourself a favor and turn off the wall for it invo. You can easily get to 200 with “free” invocations like deadly prayers and walk the path and not have to worry if you have a slow room non max gear. I run 280s consistently on my iron with a blessed chaps, ahrims, torso, rcb, trident. I do have fang which helps a lot, but def doable without.Solo 150: softcore run. walk for it. likely larvae and blowing mud. not just a head, arterial spray, and blood thinners. gotta have faith and boulderdash. double trouble. ancient haste, acceleration, penetration. From there easy ones to add are increasing walk for it to jog or run for it, need some help?, quiet prayers, on a diet, jungle japes ...After that, raising the invocations was easy as the rest was free as long as you don’t take damages from the mechanics you already learned. The beginning was brutal for sure but I think it helped me push to 400 quicker and with less high invocation failed runs after the initial learning curve. I always end the raid with tons of restore left both from what I brought in and raid supplies, so I figure, this should be some free points. Need less help power is 1 salt 1 adrenaline and life is 2 brews, 2 restores, 1 ambrosia and 1 scarab. No help needed is 1 each i believe. The BiS gear isn’t that much better than budget gear, scythe and tbow aside. I’ve seen it done in Barrows, whip, dcb and trident. And honestly for an end game raid I would say probably about that. Turn on all the croc invocations except making the acid harder, turn on all the baba invocations except death pit and perhaps bananas if you hate fruit, turn on a couple kephri ones I can't recall, turn on the first few warden invocations and then that should be pretty close to 150. If u need a small amount of points still do softcore run.
