We are a group trying to decide on a cruise for Spring Break (March 16/17-23/24). We have narrowed it down to either Norwegian Joy out of Miami or Norwegian Epic out of Port Canaveral. We've sailed on the Epic 6 times and have no problem with the ship. Absolutely correct! There's a water closet and a shower room. But, that's it. The sink is in the bedroom. If you need to wash your hands, every one the bedroom needs to know, because you'll have to turn the lights on in the room to see it.They (especially Alexander who, sadly for us, had gone to Carnival for more $$) always had a bar full of cruisers having a great time. But I’ll share what a friend and I did in some of the ports you’ll be visiting. We were on Celebrity, but it’s likely NCL will offer similar excursions. As for the "freestyle" sun deck, I don't believe total nudity is allowed. Topless maybe, but not nude. Of course, it's very possible that the rules, and the shows, are different on Epic's European cruise routes (as opposed to U.S./Caribbean routes) since attitudes about these things are much more relaxed in most of Europe.The December date was in fact for a Spa Club balcony. The January date was for Haven as every other category was sold out. The February date was a Sailaway balcony vs a Spa balcony.
